With years of research and hands-on clinical experience, I know what it takes to see results. Whether it's weight loss, weight gain, coping with a new diagnosis, or general health maintenance, by working with me, you can trust that you're getting the guidance you need. My goal is to empower clients - I will be there to support and guide you in your own, unique journey so that you have the tools to succeed even after working with me.
How It Works
Let’s figure it out together. Whether it is a meal plan, coaching, package, or in-house nutrition and wellness content, set up a 15-minute consultation here and we can decide what plan is best for you. From there, you can choose your service.
Once you have decided on a plan, or if you already have one in mind, navigate to our shop here and purchase your desired product.
After purchasing, you will receive an email to fill out an intake form.
Once the form is completed, expect to hear back within 1-2 business days with a confirmation and custom scheduling link if applicable.

The Healthy Weight Management meal plan service package is similar to the introductory one, but it includes a two-week customized meal plan instead of a one-week plan. The client intake process is the same as before, and we’ll still tailor the meal plan to your unique nutritional and health needs. Our meal plans are designed to be delicious, healthy, and easy to prepare. We believe that eating well should be a fun and enjoyable experience, and we’re here to make that happen for you.

Our grocery lists are tailored to your meal plan and can be delivered straight to your doorstep for your convenience. Our physical assessments* are designed to help you track your progress and achieve your health goals. We also offer biochemical monitoring to help you identify any nutritional deficiencies or imbalances. Coaching sessions are also available as a standalone service if you don’t need a meal plan but want a coach throughout your health journey.
